Refund policy

We are confident that you will enjoy the MyLee Product. 

To be eligible for a return and refund, (i) you must notify us in writing sent by e-mail to contact@mylee.life of your wish to cancel your purchase and return your MyLee Device, within 10 days of date the MyLee Device was delivered to you or to your address, as documented by the applicable shipping and delivery agent, together with a receipt or other proof of purchase, (ii) your item must be returned to MyMilk laboratories unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened in the original packaging, include all materials that came in the packaging and have all the original accessories and charging cable. We only accept an unopened box in its original shape, and (iii) you must return the MyLee Device to MyMilk Laboratories address at your own cost within 30 days of date the MyLee Device was delivered to you. In the USA - if found eligible for return, after paying a return fee of $19 USD you will be issued a return label to print and attach to your unopened product and drop off at a location near your address.

If purchased under a free-return promotion, please indicate this in the email and if confirmed we will take care of arranging free return shipment from a drop off location your shipping address.

Return address will be provided via email to the email of return notification.

Shipping costs borne by User for products which have already been shipped to User, will not be reimbursed or refunded. If the product was sent in “free shipping” terms, a fixed shipping price of $29 will be deducted from the refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the returned MyLee Device is not lost during the delivery to MyMilk Laboratories.

Once the above has been completed MyMilk Laboratories will provide a refund of the Mylee Device price you paid. We do our best to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the above, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any package that was opened or otherwise damaged.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and closed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

MyLee device Warranty policy

MyMilk warrants that MyLee devices will materially conform to its specifications as provided to you in writing upon your purchase and that it will be free of material defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of one year from the date the MyLee Device was delivered to you. This warranty specifically excludes damage caused by mishandling of the MyLee device and any other damage caused as a result of a user non-compliance with the MyLee terms of use and user guide, and otherwise from any incautious use (e.g. water damage or dropping it). To exercise the above stated warranty you must first contact at contact@mylee.life with the warranty effect and proof of purchase. Once confirmed in writing by MyMilk that your MyLee is covered under this warranty policy you will be required to send the MyLee device to MyMilk labs according to MyMilk instructions, and the device will be either replaced or fixed (The warranty of the new or fixed product will be only for the extent of the remaining warranty of the original purchased product). MyMilk shell bears the shipping costs associated with the exercise of the warranty provided hereunder. Time for exchange may vary depending on your address.
